Marco Rossi grew up in Naples, Italy, where pizza isn't just food—it's a way of life. As a child, he spent countless hours in his grandmother's kitchen, watching her prepare traditional Neapolitan pizzas in a wood-fired oven built by his grandfather.

After studying culinary arts in Italy and working in renowned pizzerias across Europe, Marco moved to Canada in 2015 with a dream: to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to Quebec City, but with a twist—it would be delivered faster than anyone thought possible without sacrificing quality.

"In Naples, pizza is about perfection and patience," Marco explains. "But in today's world, people want that perfection delivered quickly. I was determined to solve this challenge."

The Arrival

Marco Rossi arrives in Quebec City with his family's century-old pizza recipes and a vision to revolutionize pizza delivery.

Our dough is made using imported 00 flour and undergoes a 72-hour cold fermentation process. This extended fermentation is crucial for developing the complex flavors and the perfect texture that balances crispness and chewiness.
